We are beyond excited to announce the line-up of films that will make up the very first Official Selection of the Sheffield Short Film Festival!

Originally scheduled for May 2020, the festival was postponed due to the on-going Covid-19 situation. The festival will now be held online from Friday 30th October with the awards announced on Sunday 1st November. Although we are deeply saddened not to be welcoming filmmakers and audiences to Sheffield so they can experience the festival in person, we are happy that we are still able to celebrate the filmmaking talent on display across the 42 short films that make up our selection from around the world.
